    The outer pressure ring beam is a spatial beam located on the saddle surface, with a total of 40 sections, and the height difference between the high and low points is 25 m; 40 pairs of V-shaped support steel pipe columns are set below, all inclined outward, and converge at the connection with the outer ring beam.

    The cable structure is divided into inner ring cables, radial cables, and helical cables. The membrane structure consists of 40 membrane units, which are respectively covered on the membrane arch bars, with a total area of approximately 33,000 in2. The perimeter of the membrane is fixedly connected to the inner ring cable, radial cable, and pressure ring beam through aluminum profiles and stainless steel Type 11 clamps.

    2. Analysis of Construction Difficulties and Highlights

    2.1 Precision Control of Segmented Fabrication of Pressure Ring Beam

    The pressure ring beam connection nodes adopt flange connection. The flange connection plate is 80 mm thick and made of Q345 C material, and is connected with M36 high-strength bolts. Factory fabrication needs to ensure that the flange positioning, welding deformation, and overall fabrication precision meet the requirements during the node assembly process.

    Solutions:

    I) For flange drilling, high-hardness templates are selected for reaming. After drilling, end face machining and trial hole assembly of the flange connection plates on both sides of the node are performed.

    2) Design a special assembly jig. First, position the flange plate, and then use it as a benchmark to assemble the node plates and steel pipe components on both sides. Use methods such as symmetrical welding on both sides and adding fixing card doors to reduce nodal welding deformation. Pressure ring beam node assembly

    3) The pressure ring beam is pre-assembled in sections in the factory. Each assembly includes at least 5 connected pressure ring components. After inspection, at least 3 components are reserved as inspection benchmarks for the next assembly.

    2.2 Quality Control of Pressure Ring Beam Installation

    Since this project uses fixed-length cables, there is no place in the entire cable structure that can be adjusted in length. Therefore, while ensuring the precision of the factory fabrication of the pressure ring beam, controlling the on-site installation precision is also a key point in the construction of this project.

    Solutions:

    1) Measurement and positioning of the pressure ring beam. Since the radial cable membrane hole center of the pressure ring beam flange cannot be directly measured, rubber tooling with a diameter equal to that of the cable membrane hole will be used to insert into the cable membrane hole (Figure 4), and then a reflective sheet is pasted on one side as the main control point for monitoring the installation precision of the pressure ring beam, and its coordinates are found in the model
