Jiangxi Huajin Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in July 2009 and is a professional production base for A3 head manufacturing in Jiangxi Province. It is located in Area A of Gaqiao Industrial Park, Jinxian County, next to National Highway 320, and 0.8 kilometers from the entrance and exit of the Fuyin Expressway. The transportation is convenient and quick. The total land area is 13,986 square meters, and the registered capital is 6 million RMB.
In 2011, our company obtained the "People's Republic of China Special Equipment Manufacturing A3 License" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. The company has domestically advanced cold spin-forming head production units, head hydraulic presses (1500 tons), automatic plate rolling machines (20mm) steel plate leveling machines, bending machines, shearing machines, automatic submerged arc welding, metal container heat treatment furnaces, and other professional equipment. It can process and manufacture various pressure vessel heads (hemispherical, elliptical, dished boiler), pressure vessels, various chemical equipment, environmentally friendly double-layer oil tanks, steel structures, and reticulated structures with a diameter of less than 4500mm, more than 200mm, and a thickness of 5-22mm. The metal processing, flaw detection equipment, and testing equipment are complete, ensuring the construction requirements of various construction projects. The company currently has more than 100 employees, including more than 20 senior management personnel and more than 80 skilled professional manufacturing and installation workers.
