Thin Film Evaporator They are composed of two main parts: the drive and the evaporation and concentration. They are mainly used for removing solvents and concentrating heat-sensitive materials. Its separation technology is one of the three major technologies in chemical production, and the quality of the separation process greatly affects product quality, efficiency, consumption, and benefits. GXZ rotary Thin Film Evaporator is a device that separates substances based on their different volatilities. This equipment has a high heat transfer coefficient, low evaporation temperature, short material residence time, high thermal efficiency, and high evaporation intensity.

Thin Film Evaporator This includes evaporator aluminum tubes and aluminum plates. First, a layer of thermally conductive adhesive film is applied to the surface of the aluminum plate, and a layer of two-component epoxy polyurethane anti-corrosion coating is applied to the outer surface of the evaporator aluminum tube. The two-component epoxy polyurethane anti-corrosion coating is made by mixing a main agent and a curing agent at a weight ratio of 1:2-6. After the coating layer on the evaporator aluminum tube is dried, it undergoes vulcanization treatment. Then, the evaporator aluminum tube is heat-vulcanized and bonded to the aluminum plate covered with the heat-conductive adhesive film.
The two-component anti-corrosion coating is a white or light-colored two-component anti-corrosion coating. The thickness of the two-component anti-corrosion coating layer is 10-100μm. Because the entire outer surface of the aluminum tube in this evaporator is covered with a two-component anti-corrosion coating, it effectively prevents pitting corrosion at the tube-plate interface. The cost is lower than that of anodization, which is harmful to the environment, and it meets environmental protection requirements.
Thin Film Evaporator This is a new type of evaporator that uses a rotating scraper to force film formation and high-speed flow, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency and short residence time (about 10-50 seconds). It can perform falling-film evaporation under vacuum conditions. It consists of one or more jacketed heating cylinders and a rotating scraper inside the cylinder. The scraper continuously scrapes the feed into a uniformly thick liquid film on the heating surface and moves it downwards; during this process, the low-boiling components are evaporated, and the residue is discharged from the bottom of the evaporator.
