Jiangxi Huajin Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful Junshan Lake area in Gaqiao Industrial Park, Jinxian County, on the outskirts of Nanchang City. The Zhejiang-Gan Railway and Beijing-Kowloon Railway run through the area, and National Highways 320 and 316, as well as the Fuyin and Hukun Expressways, converge here, providing convenient transportation. Established in July 2009, the company covers an area of 35,986 square meters and has a registered capital of 65 million RMB. It is a specialized production base for A3 heads in Jiangxi Province.
In 2011, the company obtained the "People's Republic of China Special Equipment Manufacturing A3 License" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, and also obtained the D1 and D2 low and medium pressure vessel production licenses. It became a specialized production base for A3 heads in Jiangxi Province, filling a gap in the pressure vessel head industry in Jiangxi Province. In 2012, it independently developed a new product (environmentally friendly double-layer oil tank), obtaining a utility model patent certificate from the State Intellectual Property Office and passing certifications from UL and the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Fiberglass Products; meeting customer needs for various specifications product quality identification.
The company possesses domestically advanced cold spinning head production units, head hydraulic presses (1500 tons), automatic plate rolling machines (20mm, 30mm, and 6500mm*12mm thickness, one set each), 6 SF double-layer oil tank spraying production lines, 2 FF double-layer oil tank spraying winding production lines, 3 atmospheric pressure vessel production lines, 1 pressure vessel production line, bending machines, shearing machines, automatic submerged arc welding equipment, and metal container heat treatment furnaces. It can process and manufacture various pressure vessel special heads (hemispherical, elliptical, dished boiler), pressure vessels, various chemical equipment, environmentally friendly double-layer oil tanks (SS/SF/FF), steel structures, skid-mounted tanks, tank liner structures, and grid structures with diameters ranging from 200 to 6500mm and thicknesses from 3 to 120mm. Metal processing, flaw detection equipment, and steel tank inner shells use advanced integral rolling and automatic welding assembly lines and complete supporting production equipment; employing a steel tank forming process integrating five steps: leveling, shearing, arc rolling, forming, and welding. Quality control is implemented through kerosene penetration, water pressure testing, and airtightness inspection. Steel inner shells undergo overall shot blasting, rust prevention, and coating to ensure corrosion resistance. Testing equipment not only guarantees the construction requirements of various engineering products but also provides excellent quality assurance for the company's products. The company has a group of senior and middle-level management and professional and technical personnel, with more than 120 employees, including more than 20 senior and middle-level management personnel, 10 sales personnel, and more than 90 skilled professional manufacturing and installation workers.
